Chargeback Policy

1. No Refunds or Modifications

  • Tickets once booked are non-refundable under any circumstances. Requests for cancellation, chargeback, or rescheduling will not be entertained.
  • By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and accept that the booking itself is the service provided, and no refund will be issued, nor will chargeback requests be entertained for failure to attend the safari on the scheduled date. We value your business and encourage you to reach out to us directly for any concerns before initiating chargebacks.

2. Right to Admission

  • Admission is reserved for the authorized ticket holder only. Tickets are non-transferable. The visitor must provide a valid original ID card upon request.
  • The Nature Safari administration reserves the right to cancel any booking or deny entry without prior notice or reason.
  • Violation of terms and conditions may result in removal from the premises without a refund.

3. Time Slot Compliance

  • Tickets are valid only for the assigned time slot. Tourists must arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time.
  • Requests for changes to the allotted time slot will not be accepted. Late arrivals will not be permitted to board the Safari Bus.

4. Scope of Entry Ticket

  • Tickets grant access to the facilities in the Visitor Plaza such as the Interpretation Centre, 180° Theatre, Wildlife Safari, and Children’s Park only. Other activities are charged separately.
  • Tourists are allowed to access only the designated and permitted areas of the premises.
  • Entry into restricted, staff-only, or off-limits areas is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy may result in removal from the premises.

5. Property Protection

  • Visitors are prohibited from damaging or defacing any safari property. Violators will face penalties, damage recovery, and legal action as per relevant laws.

6. Ticket Misuse

  • Tickets are non-transferable, and misuse will lead to appropriate legal action.

7. Wildlife Sanctuary Rules

  • This is a wildlife sanctuary area. Entry with weapons, sharp objects, matchsticks, lighters, or inflammable items is strictly prohibited. Violators will face punishment under the Wildlife (Protection) Act, 1972.
  • Teasing, disturbing, or feeding wildlife is a punishable offense under the same act.

8. Public Conduct

  • Disturbing other tourists, inappropriate behavior, smoking, shouting, spitting, or any act disturbing public peace is strictly prohibited.
  • Violators may be removed from the premises immediately, and no refunds will be provided.

9. Plastic-Free Zone

  • Plastic items are not allowed inside the safari premises.
  • Plastic water bottles are permitted only with a refundable security deposit of ₹50 at the Bar Boarding Point.

10. Staff Interaction and Property Protection

  • Visitors must treat forest department staff with respect. Abuse or misconduct towards staff is strictly prohibited.
  • Damage to property will result in prosecution under relevant state government laws for the destruction of public property.

11. Weather-Related Cancellations

  • If any activities are stopped due to adverse weather conditions, the ticket amount will not be refunded.

12. Photography and Filming

  • Photography and filming for personal use are generally allowed. However, the use of professional equipment or drones is prohibited as it is a Wildlife Sanctuary Area, and prior special permission is required.
  • Management reserves the right to take photographs for promotional purposes, and visitors may appear in those images.

13. Minors and Guardianship

  • Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
  • Parents or guardians are fully responsible for the behavior and safety of minors during the visit.

14. Admission for Special Needs Visitors

  • Visitors with disabilities or special needs are welcome. However, certain areas or activities may have restrictions for safety or accessibility reasons.
  • Please inform us in advance if special arrangements are required. Required facilities are available in the reception area.

15. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • The management reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time.
  • Visitors are encouraged to review the terms before each visit.

16. Liability Disclaimer

  • The management is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage resulting from accidents, negligence, or actions outside of their control. Visitors participate in activities at their own risk.

  • In case of an emergency, follow the instructions given by the staff. Emergency exits and safety protocols are clearly marked throughout the premises.

  • All adventure activities must be undertaken with strict adherence to safety guidelines. Any violation of safety protocols may result in fines or being asked to leave the activity.
  • The Nature Safari administration is not responsible for any incidents caused by violations of protocols or safety guidelines.

Booking Confirmation as Service:
By booking a ticket for the Zoo Safari, you agree that the purchase of a ticket constitutes the provision of a service, regardless of whether you visit the zoo on the scheduled date or not. Once the ticket is booked and the transaction is processed, no refund will be issued, nor will chargeback requests be entertained, even if you fail to show up.

Cancellations:
Ticket once booked will not be refunded under any circumstances, nor the request to cancel or rescheduling of booking will be allowed. If you do not attend the safari on the scheduled date, no refund will be issued, and any chargeback requests will be rejected.

Refund Process:
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method and may take up to 7 business days. However, refunds are only issued in the event of cancellations as specified above, and no refunds will be processed for "no-show" cases.

2. Chargeback Policy

No Chargebacks for Non-Delivery:
By booking a ticket, you agree that the provision of a service is completed upon confirmation of your booking and payment. If you fail to attend the zoo safari on the scheduled date, you waive the right to file a chargeback for non-delivery of the service. No chargeback requests will be entertained for "no-show" situations.

Chargeback Prevention:
Chargeback requests initiated without valid grounds will be contested. You agree that if you initiate a chargeback, we will provide the necessary evidence of service delivery, including:

  • Confirmation of booking and payment
  • Proof of service rendered (e.g., booking tickets, itinerary, etc.)
  • Signed acknowledgment or communication confirming the customer’s satisfaction with the service

Mandatory Agreement:
By proceeding with the booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. You understand that your booking constitutes the provision of a service and that no refunds will be issued, nor will chargeback requests be accepted, for failure to attend the zoo safari on the scheduled date.

4. Proof of Service and Dispute Resolution

Proof of Service:
In the event of a chargeback, we will provide evidence to contest any unjustified requests, including:

  • Transaction receipts
  • Signed customer acknowledgment of service received
  • Any communication confirming the service was rendered

Dispute Resolution:
Chargebacks are subject to the dispute resolution processes of your card issuer (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, BHIM-UPI, Rupay). We will contest chargebacks based on the facts provided, and if the dispute is resolved in our favor, the funds will not be refunded.

5. Acknowledgment and Consent

Customer’s Responsibility:
You are responsible for attending the safari at the designated time. If you do not show up, no refund will be issued, and any chargeback request will be rejected. You acknowledge that you understand this and agree to resolve any issues directly with us before contacting your bank or card issuer.

Binding Agreement:
By booking a ticket, you confirm that you understand and accept these Terms and Conditions, which are legally binding.
